I'm happy with that. Not a big loss, but a loss nonetheless. I wasn't very good with my diet again this week, so I'm happy with any loss. Still ahead of the game as you can see from the chart (sorry it's so blurry--I took it as a screenshot).
Those darn 130s are still elusive!
You're working out a lot so all that new muscle is going to weigh more...you're doing great! I wish I could say the same...
