Eh, I'm not one for 'tradition' anyway, so I wouldn't be offended to receive an electronic announcement of any kind. Whatever I can indirectly do for the environment is fine with me. :)

1) I think that's a great idea. If people are offended by it, I wouldn't want them at the wedding :P If there was someone older who might be offended or didn't have email, you could always send them an invitation and send everyone else evites :)
